ShippingWe believe fine chocolates are a delicacy that should be treated with care to ensure that when they arrive at your door they are in the best possible condition. Chocolates that are exposed to extreme temperatures or multiple temperature changes can bloom, melt, or otherwise suffer a loss in flavor or appearance. To avoid unnecessary exposure, we only offer expedited shipping and do not ship products over weekends. We also encourage all customers to schedule shipments when someone will be present at time of delivery. Shipping Options and Rates:
For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add $12.00. Shipping Times: In-stock items ordered before 2:00 pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. To ensure maximum quality, we do not ship orders that will sit in the shipper’s warehouse over the weekend. The lack of temperature control in the shipper’s warehouse could result in flavor degradation. After the cutoff times below, all orders will be held in our temperature controlled facility and shipped the following Monday.
