Chocolate should equal pleasure. We take great care to ensure that your chocolates arrive in premium condition, even during the warmest months. For website orders please click here for our 100%- Finest Chocolate Guarantee.

For all other orders including wholesale, retail-discount, corporate gifts, and orders over $500 please contact your sales representative to find out if the Finest Chocolate Guarantee or an alternative Return Policy applies.

Shipping

We believe fine chocolates are a delicacy that should be treated with care to ensure that when they arrive at your door they are in the best possible condition. Chocolates that are exposed to extreme temperatures or multiple temperature changes can bloom, melt, or otherwise suffer a loss in flavor or appearance. To avoid unnecessary exposure, we offer expedited shipping and do not ship products over weekends. We also encourage all customers to schedule shipments when someone will be present at time of delivery.

Shipping Options and Rates:
We offer one low rate regardless of the size of your order. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address. Rates include, as necessary, any special packaging to accommodate warm weather. Please note exceptions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Compare our rates to other chocolate retailers and see the savings.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add $12.00.

Shipping Times: In-stock items ordered before 2:00 pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

To ensure maximum quality, we do not ship orders that will sit in the shipper’s warehouse over the weekend. The lack of temperature control in the shipper’s warehouse could result in flavor degradation. After the cutoff times below, all orders will be held in our temperature controlled facility and shipped the following Monday. If you absolutely need any exception to this policy, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Saturday Delivery: This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. To see if your delivery area qualifies, contact us to place your order.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
